Spirit Technology Solutions has successfully completed the acquisition of InfoTrust, a Sydney-based cybersecurity firm, enhancing Spirit’s goal of providing comprehensive cyber security services. The deal resulted in InfoTrust co-founders joining Spirit’s Board and the issuance of new Spirit shares to fund the transaction. This strategic move is set to expand Spirit’s customer base and bolster its managed security services portfolio.
