Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The best performers of the session on the were Alfa Laval AB (ST:), which rose 2.82% or 13.10 points to trade at 477.40 at the close. Meanwhile, NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST:) added 2.70% or 1.30 points to end at 47.50 and AB SKF B (ST:) was up 2.63% or 5.50 points to 215.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:), which fell 3.12% or 0.12 points to trade at 3.74 at the close. Evolution AB (ST:) declined 1.07% or 10.20 points to end at 941.80 and Telia Company AB (ST:) was down 0.47% or 0.15 points to 31.80.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 414 to 376 and 67 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.34% or 0.23 to $67.77 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.36% or 0.26 to hit $71.58 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.68% or 18.26 to trade at $2,662.74 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.29% to 11.54, while USD/SEK rose 1.14% to 11.01.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.61% at 106.47.
