The integration of NVIDIA’s full-stack AI foundry service with Amdocs’ generative AI platform, amAIz, has been central to these developments. The joint efforts have resulted in a decrease in the tokens required for AI processes, reducing data pre-processing costs by up to 60% and inferencing costs by 40%, without compromising accuracy.
In addition to cost savings, the partnership has achieved an 80% reduction in query latency, facilitating near real-time responses that enhance user experiences in various telecom applications. Accuracy improvements have also been notable, with AI-generated responses becoming up to 30% more accurate, which is essential for wider industry adoption and direct-to-consumer services.
Anthony Goonetilleke, Group President of Technology and Head of Strategy at Amdocs, emphasized the importance of these achievements in transforming the telecommunications landscape.
