Somnomed Limited (AU:SOM) has released an update.

In a significant move, SomnoMed Limited (ASX: SOM) announced that Director Hamish Corlett has altered his holdings in the company through an indirect interest via TDM Growth Partners Pty Ltd. Corlett acquired 35,143,697 ordinary shares at $0.21 each during a rights issue, increasing his total stake to 67,716,079 ordinary shares and maintaining his holding of 185,000 options. This change reflects a substantial increase in the director’s investment in the firm as of May 8, 2024.
