Lark Distilling Co. Ltd has announced a change in the interests of director David Dearie, who received 10,478 share rights in lieu of $12,500 cash fees, a transaction approved by shareholders. Following this change, David Dearie holds a total of 420,000 performance rights, 574,986 ordinary fully paid shares, and 10,478 share rights. There were no changes in the director’s interests in contracts, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
